Turn the handle and a little round foot on the base moves up and down slightly at around 4,000rpm. Place this on the skin, and it 'excites the blood'... |

I agree with the others. That is an absolute treasure! Anyway, my non-steamy roomate was out touring yard sales over the weekend and bought himself an old rolling toolchest full of stuff for $80. Most of what it contained was old bits of hardware (nuts and bolts, hinges, misc automotive bits. And this old brass(?) fire extinguisher. Its fairly small, about 16 inches in length. Lucky bum.  |
