http://www.dandyism.net/The idea of having one made by someone is probably your best bet. Heavy embroidered silk or poly that looks like silk are easy enough to find. Most fabric stores carry some in oriental prints. Either a robe pattern with a shawl collar could be adapted or a shawl collar tux pattern. I have a smoking jacket I picked up at a thrift store years ago. It was made in Hong Kong for the original owner and is more of the tux jacket cut.
