Ah, good to hear, you see, I am somewhat of an avid Airsofter myself and I hate to see good weapons lose their ability to be used for the original intending purpose. Very happy that you are keeping it intact. No, as Ive somewhat taken this to Airsoft modding, the best mod Ive seen so far would be a UTG M870 Shotgun turned into a Mosin-Nagant.

I like the idea of an under barrel shotgun/flaregun barrel, sort of like the lemat revolver. maybe some copper pipe with an endcap?
when I drybrush a gun frame, I like to really get the sharper edges well, since they seem to wear the most, plus places you have to fiddle with like hammers and triggers and such.
I remember watch a TV special about the civil wars in africa they showed two boys carrying old beat up CETMEs with most of the finish worn off from constant cleaning and use. they were taking 30 06 ammo and breaking it down to reload for .308 ....by bashing the cases into the chambers over and over again! ouch! talk about a tight budget...
all I could care about was getting a good look to be able to drybrush the look they had....
I know, I know, cold hearted bastard..... I sleep fine, thankyou.

I keep seeing the title of this thread and thinking it will be about garden pest warfare... (and my apologies for the minor 'jack )

Mr Von Pifka, there will be optical devices mounted top and bottom on each pistol. The first pistol may also have a secondary barrel on the side. I do need to give some parts of the frame a second coat, as a couple of places only received a little paint which has been wearing thin.
Goggleyed, thanks for the compliment. I did like the highlighting. I'm thinking of highlighting the iron sights and the hammer as well.

I personally would, Ill be sure that when I put together my airsoft team's Anti Tank weapon Ill share some pictures around here. I plan on having it resemble a Panzerschreck with 2 independently firing barrels.
