I'm not at all certain this has never been posted, but I didn't find it upon casual examination of the forum, and thus concluded it could hurt little to post it.

Its a recreation of a cartoon bike.. i saw a pic of one powered by multipul chain saw motors too...

this is available as a plastic model kit from revel germany, it wasn't available here in the states

That's the very first time someone drew the connection between Steampunk and the Satte Literschüssel (official name of that bike) to me. That Rötger Feldmann, also known as "Brösel", is pretty much known in Germany for his comics of debatable quality, some of them filmed, and the simple fact that he built every single motorcycle mentioned in his comics. This one is just the most stempunky creation he has done.


It all started in the middle of the 1980s with Das Rennen™ (The Race), basically a simple dragster race between a Porsche 911 and the specially built "Red Porsche Killer" based on pre-World War II Horex motors. Like most of his projects, the idea started in a pub though.
