Spent yesterday morning looking round the (potential) new home with a surveyor. He reckons the sellers underpriced it so they could stop HMO landlords getting it, so we've got a bargain. A wonderful morning!

Sorry, sorry, just got a bit paranoidical there. Glad you all're still about.

R.J., I commiserate, I've ben considered "sparse" for years. nothing one can do about that once they've all decided it's true, but then again, you can get away with more because they just start "considering the source," as it were.

Admiral, Sorry, I know you folks work hard, I just get a bit worried from time to time.

V.C., Sometimes I wonder if you sleep here (j/k)...
