The weather predictions are beginning to come in. So far, Shubenacadie Sam and Lucy the Lobster are predicting a late Spring in Nova Scotia.

Wiarton Willie's brown understudy is predicting an early Spring in Ontario, while Punxutawney Phil forsees continued Winter in Pennsylvania.

Milltown Mel died the day before groundhog day. I think that's a bad omen.

Saw that on the news - so sad!

I can attest that here in NW Pennsylvania we have several inches of (old) snow on the ground with several more inches of fresh powder apparently on the way. I would have to agree with Phil that we're not going to be seeing an early springtime here in PA.
