For Steamfolk along the coast of Texas centered around Houston and the lower 2/3 of Louisiana, I hope you fare well the next few days. Risk of rain for days and flooding is imminent tonight as Tropical Storm Nicholas makes landfall near Houston! The storm may land as a Category 1 hurricane but the slow erratic path is more likely to be dangerous due to extended precipitation!
