The word pagan came from paganus , who mean peasant . Its was a way to significate than christianism was the religion of the elite and paganism the one of the savage worker class.

''Trickster shows us how we trick OURSELVES. Her rampant curiosity backfires, but, then, something NEW is discovered (though usually not what She expected)! This is where creativity comes from—experiment, do something different, maybe even something forbidden, and voila! A breakthrough occurs! Ha! Ha! We are released! The world is created anew! Do something backwards, break your own traditions, the barrier breaks; destroy the world as you know it, let the new in.''

Shame I don't think that's going to help the movie. It's a bad concept, trying to revive it. I fear that like the Hollywood version of Ghost in the Shell, it'll fall flat at the box office. Too many years have passed and I've met many young adult people who have never seen any of the three movies.

I'm in two minds on this, being old enough to remember the original and thoroughly enjoying it, a certain anticipation for a new update exists, but on the other hand, like many other franchises have the feeling it could fall flat on its face.............. Terminator, alien, predator to mention just three, ALL of those have been flogged to death and have lost the initial power punch.

We shall see if this latest addition is a cash in job or actualy proves to be worthy of the original concept.

As a side note, I still have the moving matrix script GIF as my phone screensaver.  ::)

Itself a nod to Mamoru Oshii's 1995 animated Ghost in the Shell introduction.

I just had a chance to view the trailer, thankfully Carrie-Anne Moss doesn't look like a rubber clad MILF who wondered from pornhub onto the wrong set by mistake, but Canoooooo looks exactly the same as in John Wick, lets just hope his acting ain't so wooden, still looking forward to it tho........

The problem is that I've been disappointed so many times, that my expectations are low.
