Sorry to say this. But without Proteus all of this is just an academic discussion.
To Mr. Bullet: again, the issue is with the hosting service that Proteus uses. They own the servers where Brassgoggles resides in. Think of Brassgoggles as a cellular phone network, you don't have one single antenna for all phones in the world, right? Same with brassgoggles.co.uk, there's multiple copies of it spread around the world in different machines. The one that serves your section of Europe is "not working" for whatever reason. Proteus must complain to the hosting service owner. Not really under control of the administration, other than to let Proteus know the hosting service is failing.
