You can't make it up.

Scientists put 3D stereoscopic glasses on cuttlefish, to test their depth perception. Not only did they prove to have depth perception but they were quite good at judging the distance to virtual shrimp (they're favourite snack) they were shown on the screen, and repeatedly attempted attacks on the method-actor crustacean.
