Ahoihoi
Not the classical steampunk, but it felt like back in 1890 when making that thing. True metal work.
No fancy machine...just me and my lathe for 2 days straight! The crust is on there for a reason, I wanted to keep at least
a small section with the original texture. Let me know what you guys think about that!

cool. to me... steampunk ISN'T victorian era sci-fi, but sci-fi with retro technologies. a ring like that could be a priceless relic in a steam punk story. sculpting predates casting.

Exactly. I like the "pure and simple" vibe.

I like!
Always wanted a ring made from a meteorite - one of those little dreams you tuck away on the top back shelf of your mind waiting for the moment. Cheesy

Lovely job, Anselmo!

I think that's brilliant. As I'm engaged to be married at some undetermined date, I've been ring shopping with little satisfaction. I proposed to my fiancee under the totality of a US solar eclipse almost two years ago. Something like that would be a cool, theme appropriate wedding band to further the story.

Its a unique material. A friend of mine was asking for wedding rings, maybe combined with another material :>
