Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
Yes, it's that time of year and I'm pleased to announce the second annual Air Kraken Day literary homage sponsored by Steampunk Madrid.

The Air Kraken Day was a total success in 2016 (, and so once more we at Steampunk Madrid want to invite everyone to be a part of this celebration. This year we are widening the topic, because not only Air Krakens deserve our attention, so every kind of Kraken you can imagine is perfectly fine to choose. We call all steamers to present any story, poem, picture or whatever other artistic mean you prefer, regarding these magnificent creatures. Submissions will be published on March 17. We ask for them to be posted in this event page before March 16 (22:00 CET) Language is free to choose, and there is no word limit. Thank you, and have fun!

¡Gracias, y a disfrutar siendo creativos!

Here's the event on Facebook

and here's the blog entry where the contributions were published

I hope that however you choose to celebrate the International Day of the Air Kraken, do remember that that are always many more sightings of Air Kraken after the second round of Guinness!

I remain yours,

Ooh, I'm so happy that you shared this! It looks amazing; I had a wonderful time looking over previous entries. I don't know if I'll be able to enter this year myself, but if anyone else is planning on it, could you post it here so we can see it too?  Cheesy

I wear goggles so you can't see when I'm staring at you.

Yes; that is an Air Kraken.  I have been fortunate enough to have seen it myself:
