Bizarrely we've had some of the best weather of the year these last couple of weeks... Lots of gold, russet and amber colours shot through with shafts of bright sunlight.. Hang on... I have to turn down the "wistful" control on my steam secretarybot....

I've always enjoyed autumn, it appeals to the melancholic in me. I suppose you could say the steam shows up better in colder weather, and therefore it is a more steampunk oriented season?

Personally, I think this is so arbitrary it should be a poll instead.

Personally, I think Tinkergirl is the most Steampunk of the seasons.

For me,Autumn (or at least candian autumn) is more bronzepunk than steampunk.
The mystical athmosphere of cloudy day.
The remnant of halloween.
The exotic charm of dead tree and the magical one of dying one.
The mysterious soundtrack of wind echoing in the air
Welcome to Futur BC seasonal event.

BC is lovely, though I've only been there in summer time. This is the Norwegian fall! Nice, "eh?"

You're most welcome, Vienna. Though I suspect it's a bit far And, by the way, this is one of the reasons I love Norway.

regretfully i've never been to norway, but i plan on experiancing it someday. For me autumn is my soul physically manifested and Vermont has wonderful autumns. The only downside to Vermont's beautiful fall is all the tourists clogging the narrow streets.

Yes, the Northern USA and huge parts of Canada, and Norway is quite similar. Huge mountains, long fjords and beautiful colours. Pretty I think we at least can settle on the better parts of autumn to be the most beautiful season!

I adore autumn. Obviously. It's the only season that makes any sense to me. P.S.: Both the stole and the decoration on the corsage are made of fake fur. Corsage by Entre Nous Atelier, Winterthur/CH

Thankies, Vienna!
Nope, they're actually petals. I can't really recommend wearing them if you have sensitive eyes though. They're rather heavy, they itch and every blink is a painful struggle.
