In the Ukrainian fanzine "Das ist fantastisch!" there is a Polish article about steampunk. Reviews of books by Polish authors.
The magazine in several e-formats, but in the Ukrainian language.

P.S. I think it's very funny. I, Russian, English forum, talk about an article on Polish literature, the journal in Ukrainian, with a German name.
