A Interactive Test To Measure How Dark Is Your Soul ?: http://www.bbc.com/future/story/20151123-how-dark-is-your-personalityMe: Infrequently vile You are infrequently vile – you mostly put others before yourself, though you may find occasions in which your dark side shines

The word pagan came from paganus , who mean peasant . Its was a way to significate than christianism was the religion of the elite and paganism the one of the savage worker class.
''Trickster shows us how we trick OURSELVES. Her rampant curiosity backfires, but, then, something NEW is discovered (though usually not what She expected)! This is where creativity comes from—experiment, do something different, maybe even something forbidden, and voila! A breakthrough occurs! Ha! Ha! We are released! The world is created anew! Do something backwards, break your own traditions, the barrier breaks; destroy the world as you know it, let the new in.'' Extract of the Dreamflesh article ''Path of The Sacred Clown''

I got the same result. Looks like I (and several persona characters I tested) tend towards Machiavellianisim more than anything.

Sorry, just not vile enough, I suppose, nor cut out to be truly evil. Bit like Gru from 'Despicable Me' 1 & 2' Will have to work on that!

Only moderately nefarious. My Machiavellianism and Psychopathy are fine, but apparently I need to work on my Narcissism more.... hmmm, having a low assessment of my Narcissism really isn't going to with help that issue, is it..?

It appears that I am also infrequently vile, so my new years resolution will be to try harder ... and aim for 'frequently vile' instead!

Moderately nefarious, below average psychopathy, slightly narcissistic and my Machiavellian is off the chart. Of course I could be lying. Would you like me more if I was lying? Be honest...... I want to see a top end and bottom end of the spectrum now. Top end Decidedly dastardly You are decidedly dastardly. But do you use your dark personality for good, like James Bond, or evil, like Dr No? Bottom end Shockingly saintly Do you ever find yourself walking on water? Because you are shockingly saintly. You are a chink of light in a dark world.

Second time around, and with slight variations in an answer or two: "Shockingly saintly: Do you ever find yourself walking on water? Because you are shockingly saintly. You are a chink of light in a dark world."
I think I like that - does that make me even slightly evil? Machiavellianism: Low (1/4) Narcissism: Low (1/4) Psychopathy: Non-existent, which is odd for someone as anti-social as my good self!

Oddly , I find some of the questions can readily go either way, depending not upon one's Machiavellian tendencies, but more on whether one is hopelessly innocent, or jaded by reality.....
as an example "it's not wise to tell your secrets" .... um .... duh?
"Oh lawsy lawsy, I love to tell my secrets to anyone who'll listen! nobody would use them against me, would they? "
However, after a modicum of meditation short nap , to relieve myself of the maniacal tendencies of the day job, a retest indicated I am somewhat less evil, somehow ....
at least I never wanted to grind up insects or kill helpless robots !

I have this theory regarding the Machiavellian part of this. Most of these questions would be answered in a negative way if the person taking the test had even a moderate understanding of humans and/or was even slightly jaded.
So at lest a third of this test hinges on "life skills" listen more than you speak, understand motive, position your self in another persons viewpoint to help ascertain motive.
These are not necessarily inherently bad skills to have. Narcissism could be seen to be a healthy sense of self worth. (Not sure about psychopathy, but I hear it makes good business men).
Maybe that's why the conclusions are as woolly as they are.

Not all such traits are necessarily 'dark'. Ask any nurse about a great Surgeon and you'll find their empathy is at zero and their narcissism is off the scale - handy attributes when when you want a cancer chopped out of a delicate place with no quails of squeamishness or tremors of self-doubt to stop the hand holding the blade. However, if he's offduty and down in Whitechapel, that's an entirely different matter...
It all depends on context.
