too depressed for words

No politics.
No religion.

The citizens of Paris are suffering again.
I grieve for them.

Please let this thread stand as a show of support to innocents caught in events not of their making.

Suffering, confused, angry.

There will no doubt be a march next week. I'll be in it.

The president has decreed three days of national mourning and has forbidden all public demonstrations until Thursday.

I don't know what to say, but I was very shocked to find out what was happening and want to show my support as well.

Words fail.  I'm in equal measure saddened and angered by what has happened.

Liberté, égalité, fraternité.

Those are words to live by.

Things cannot go on the way they are. A solution must be found.

The word pagan came from paganus , who mean peasant . Its was a way to significate than christianism was the religion of the elite and paganism the one of the savage worker class.

''Trickster shows us how we trick OURSELVES. Her rampant curiosity backfires, but, then, something NEW is discovered (though usually not what She expected)! This is where creativity comes from—experiment, do something different, maybe even something forbidden, and voila! A breakthrough occurs! Ha! Ha! We are released! The world is created anew! Do something backwards, break your own traditions, the barrier breaks; destroy the world as you know it, let the new in.''

Nothing more to add other than my support. That, and I'd ask you not forget about the attacks in Lebanon too.

Furthermore, I believe a silence is planned at 11:00am tomorrow. Probably will get more news on that later today or early tomorrow.

Even if the goat is innocent, sometimes the collateral damage is acceptable.

So ask the families, wives and children we have killed about collateral damage.

A topic about 9/11 conspiracy theories was deleted in a heartbeat but blatant religious warmongering seems to be acceptable here.

Check your own Countries history people, we are not without guilt.

Mr Moderator, any chance of some equal balance here?...........Politics

In changing the topic, could we maybe send an email blast out to the French members of the forum? Like a check in?

I weep for Paris as well, and hope that there actions after can be viewed through an unbiased lense.
