First of all sorry for making this post but im upset because i lost my hat and have nowhere to vent.

So i probably left my hat in the lecture hall, but I'm already in the train and I can't get back in time. So, wanting to make sure it will still be there tomorrow, I decide to call the university. Now calling is something I rarely do voluntary. I really don't like calling people but I also really want my hat back. So I make this call and there is no answer, and I make the call again and there's an answering machine telling me the uni is closed till the 17th of august. I am pretty sure thay isn't true: i was there today! (Insert swear)
Well, not completely defeated I call the other faculty(the academy of arts) of the university, to see if they can help me out. At least they answer their phone but (insert swear) they tell me some story about this faculty (heritage) moving buildings and suggest me to call yet another faculty (the movie academy) and GUESS WHAT i get the same bull- story. And they still can't contact the heritage faculty. Like what the (swear) is this about. And now they want me to send an email, but I'm pretty sure that's not going to work in time.

In the end...i just really want my hat back and I'm at the verge of crying.
