I think another attack was in the works but I am not entirely sure. I think you are doing fine but more identifiers on your dialogue would be helpful. It is sometimes hard to tell who is talking. Poor Emma seems to be a trouble magnet but I think you are going to have to fight Patrick to get to her.

I meant more for her affections than any thing. Patrick is sweet on her and she is clinging to him at the moment then you have George who is very protective and can be spying on you at almost any time. Keeping your secret will be tricky but not entirely imposable. Now that I think of it Emma has quite a few suitors.
Things are moving very fast and I am having a bit of trouble keeping up. Let me see if I have this sorted. I am guessing the scenes with Nathanial happened several weeks ago. Possibly before Emma even made it aboard the Boheme.(She has only been on there two days game time) Since then you and Lilly have been looking for Emma because of the failure to recreate her device and Nathanial's hint of some brake through after she left. But what I don't get is why you are headed for China unless you have a source of information there that you can trust, someone that owes you a favor or maybe more family. Right now it seems kind of random but I am sure you have your reasons and I would love to know what they are.
Adding another side to the fight should be interesting but just remember the person playing Hieronymus Black would like have the encounter end with the Eastern Star crippled but a safe escape so he can be a returning villain.

If anyone wishes to take over Black for now , feel free, I may be out of this RPG for a while (perhaps more than a while), depending on how much time I can allocate to BG. Life gets in the way sometimes. By the time everyone gets back to London, I can probably have enough spare time to haveHiram/Lamont and crew make life gernally miserable/interesting for folks.

Thanks... One issue that I'm facing now is a change in insulin regimes, need to really stay on top of that. My last HBa1c was elevated, so now I've had to add a blended (30/70) insulin mix to the regime. Still 3 shots a day, not too bad. Turns out my morning NPH (intermediate acting) insulin was not handling the blood glucose spike from breakfast. The 30% fast acting in the blend should handle that, and the remaining NPH should be enough to handle things until supper... I'll be around, just not perhaps as active in the RPG.. Thanks again.. If I may acquire the advice of how I should get into the ongoing story. Filling out the character sheet is the obvious first step, but after that my thinking fogs. I don't want to dive in blind-folded swing around the metaphorical sword. It would disrupt the flow of the current storyline. I want to make a smooth transition into the roleplay but I will obviously need some help in order to get started. Gentlemen?

Not too much on the Boheme Emma freaked Trip out a little with a party trick.
Back in London Nathaniel and Charles are getting ready to go chase Trip. James Harrison has discovered his brother is tied up in a plot to open a portal to hell, basically and it trying to find likely places where the 'engine' that will open it could be found.
