Looks more historical than steampunkish (unless you count his equipment). But its still awfully pretty.

I'm hesitant. Used to love the games, but 3 was PANTS. Like REALLY pants. Put me right off. I'm loving 4, but 5 seemed like it was even worse than 3!

This looks pretty, but until I see how many bugs the first month finds, not biting :/

Indeed. We can only hope they learned their lesson from the last debacle.

The serie is historical sci-fi by nature so i take the risk to post it here:

The word pagan came from paganus , who mean peasant . Its was a way to significate than christianism was the religion of the elite and paganism the one of the savage worker class.

''Trickster shows us how we trick OURSELVES. Her rampant curiosity backfires, but, then, something NEW is discovered (though usually not what She expected)! This is where creativity comes from—experiment, do something different, maybe even something forbidden, and voila! A breakthrough occurs! Ha! Ha! We are released! The world is created anew! Do something backwards, break your own traditions, the barrier breaks; destroy the world as you know it, let the new in.''

Merged the two topics.

I'm really hoping they do learn. It's got a lot of potential (liking the grapple hook!) but a lot of room for fails too.

Apparently, going by unverified sources, whilst there's not going to be a playable female protagonist there WILL be female enemies all the way fro boss' down to mooks! So that's.... progress? Right? Tongue

They stole the idea from me! (jk) I'm nearly done with my steampunk assassin costume.

I am a huge fan, even with the glitches galore in Unity. I don't really like Rogue, and I am okay with 3 and 4, but I enjoy the open environment and integrated multiplayer of Unity. So I am cautiously optimistic. Wink

Incidentally Glitches Galore would be a good name for a steampunk villain.  Grin

I've only played the first two, but I'm hopeful that this could be good.

I'm fairly certain from the trailers I've watched that were released by Ubisoft, the sister of the main character is playable. She won't be for the entire game, but there are quite a few missions with her in it.
