The women from the Netherlands (bottom photo) all appear to be holding doctor's bags; is this the case?

Thank you for the link.  Wonderfully lively and detailed pictures; they really do look contemporary, and the girl in the "Inferno' picture looks like a modern girl trapped in the past while time traveling.  Very striking.
