Can anyone tell me the titles of the stories included in the three Tales from the Asylum collections? I don't need the authors, as I list the anthologies by their editor(s), but I do need them in the order they appear in from each anthology.

The listings up there seem to be the original call for submissions rather than the published version, since Ghosts should include 'Midway Upon the Journey' and 'Letters from the Dead' IIRC. Other titles I notice missing include 'The Lonely Hunter' and 'Black Knight Blues' for what that's worth. |

I've been off-forum for a few months, so I'll be making the listed corrections/additions in a week or so. I'll run the updated version by everyone here, first, so hopefully one of you can spot-check me to make sure I don't screw something else up while trying to fix the items mentioned.
