We actually do lindy hop. So that is part of why I am changing dresses for the reception. Our reception is probably going to be fairly typical in the way it is done. But, we will have dancing after the food. We are looking for me to go from the formal wedding dress with steampunk jewelry/hair accessories to a hard-core steampunk outfit that will probably be white and heavily steampunk accessorized.

Yeah, it will be memorable. It is just hard to find an outfit that will work for what we are trying to do. I have found a lot of different outfits that I like, but some of them are "not steampunk" enough and such. He really wants me to be in a steampuink hi-lo, but I hate them for the most part. I have found some great dresses that are victorian in style and some that i think that if you were to accessorize them, they would work really well.

I have some friends who do Lindy Hop, they travel all over for it!

You must post numerous pics of your wonderful event. Grin
