http://365tomorrows.com/365 Tomorrows is a site that publishes free Flash Fiction, or short stories under 600 words. They publish a new story every day. It's geared toward sci-fi and futuristic stories than steampunk, although heavily scientific steampunk might fly there under the speculative label.
Most of what they publish is submitted by outside authors. I figured it would be a good resource for aspiring writers on here to try out their talents. (No, they don't pay.) Submission is easy, the form and legal things can be found here:
