The Steampunk Cat Came Back

Now old Mr. Johnson had troubles of his own,
He had a yellow cat that wouldn't leave his home,
He tried and he tried to get that cat away,
Gave it to a taxidermist to make a clockwork doll out of it.

But the cat came back, the very next day,
The cat came back, they thought he was a goner,
But the cat came back, just wouldn't stay away.

The whole neightbourhood swore to shoot it in sight,
Cannon,Gatling and Death Ray Tower could be seen from mile around.
They waited and They waited for the cat to come around,
Ninety-seven pieces of them is all was found.

But the cat came back, the very next day,
The cat came back, they thought he was a goner,
But the cat came back, just wouldn't stay away.

Gave it to mens going up in a airship,
Told them for to take it on Mount Everest and cause a avalanche with the cannons,
The airship get caught in the avalanche,
The crew are now human popsicles.

But the cat came back, the very next day,
The cat came back, they thought he was a goner,
But the cat came back, just wouldn't stay away.

He give it to a couple of submariners,to go deep in the ocean and put it in the torpedo launcher,
The launcher was faulty,
and it his the submarine himself whose get torpedoed away.

But the cat came back, the very next day,
The cat came back, they thought he was a goner,
But the cat came back, just wouldn't stay away.

He tied the cat on a tesla coil, then light it on,
Johnson barely made it outside,
Before the whole building burn to a crisp.

But the cat came back, the very next day,
The cat came back, they thought he was a goner,
But the cat came back, just wouldn't stay away.

Madness took poor Johnson, and he decided to end it all, thinking it won’t going farther than that.

He tie the cat to the kitchen chair, then surrounded his house with dynamite, atomic bombs, nitroglycerin and fart bombs. He light the fuse, then boom the whole countryside. Nothing was left, not even Johnson.

But the cat came back, the very next day,
The cat came back, they thought she was a goner,
But the cat came back, just wouldn't stay away, away, away, away,
Just wouldn't stay away.

The word pagan came from paganus , who mean peasant . Its was a way to significate than christianism was the religion of the elite and paganism the one of the savage worker class.

''Trickster shows us how we trick OURSELVES. Her rampant curiosity backfires, but, then, something NEW is discovered (though usually not what She expected)! This is where creativity comes from—experiment, do something different, maybe even something forbidden, and voila! A breakthrough occurs! Ha! Ha! We are released! The world is created anew! Do something backwards, break your own traditions, the barrier breaks; destroy the world as you know it, let the new in.''

One of the best animations ever produced by the Nat. Film Board of Canada. I recorded this off the TV back in the late 80s when it was shown as part of the 'Animation on 2' series.
