If you don't watch the video and forget about the fact that the singers are fishermen, I reckon that would make a pretty decent airship pirate type of song, if not one which goes nicely with steampunk in general.  Or perhaps that's just lack of sleep talking.

She's on the Rebellion Festival in Blackpool in August and on my list of must sees. Last time I saw her was supporting Psychedelic Furs in 1979. Grin

I saw a 'covers' band doing '8th Day' last week. First time I've ever heard anyone cover one of her songs.
