The slightly more upbeat murmur of the office - somebody told a joke.

found out the other day that while the work firewall won't allow me to stream content from the BBC it will allow me to connect to the listen-live feature on Toronto Edge102 radio's website.. haven't listened to them for years, Humble and Fred aren't there anymore however, they played this yesterday and i quite liked it:

Currently listening to The Silver Jews, and looking forward to a couple of interviews the college radio station i work for will be putting on soon, featuring Dark Dark Dark and Hurray For The Riff Raff, both of which I'm big fans of. I reccomend both if you're into sort of minimal DIY folk/blues/whatever-you-want-to-call-it. Lots of banjos and cellos and stand up bass and violin and accordion and such.
