I just stumbled across this series while watching the JAS Townsend and Son 18th century cooking videos (which also great):

Ahh yes, the victorian kitchen series. I remember watching that way back in the late 80's.  Smiley

Also highly worth watching from the same youtube channel is the follow on series called "The Victorian Kitchen Garden", which as the name suggests is about gardening, but it's all done the Victorian way with Victorian equipment by the head gardener Harry Dodson.  This is an interesting show even if you have no interest in gardening.  Grin  Harry was a goldmine of information about the old days of working at a large country house.
