They look worse now. Heading Northwards on the Bruce Highway, out of Mackay, just beyond the Kuttabul Hotel. The good news is that there were some sweet hot rods and custom cars gathered outside the Kuttabul Hotel when I passed by...



Further up the highway, the grass didn't obstruct my view so much as it does here. From the bridge into Pindi Pindi, and no, I don't know what this place was.

at a distance of 2.7 km from the shore. Not operated since 1966, gradually destroyed by the waves of the Caspian sea.

Line from bridge across Ross Creek, leading into former Great Northern Railway Station (now office space and training facilities), which disappears under the tarmac of the carpark. Line disconnected completely on the other side of the bridge.

I know that one - Townsville, Australia, right next to the museum and, as the thread title says, it has been abandoned. It is not part of the museum.
