wow! you must be commended for your bravery, it is a little known fact that squirrels are one of the most treacherous, dangerous, sneaky vile creatures to roam the earth. i had not taken notice to them before but since i've become involved in caretaking for a park i've come to know there habits. once again sir good job!

*gasp* can this forum get any more perfect? Apparently it can, because I freaking love creative taxidermy. You might get a kick out of this ebay seller: http://stores.ebay.com/CARNEFX_W0QQssPageNameZstrkQ3amefsQ3amesstQQtZkm
They always have the most awesomely strange taxidermy for sale, and their auctions are hilarious.

Hmm, this almost seems like I should have seen it on my campus.  At WKU, we have these white squirrels.  Not albino, mind you, but completely white with black eyes.  (oddly enough, I hear that EKU has all black ones.  Oh, WKU is Western Kentucky University, and EKU is Eastern Kentucky University)

It has long been theorized by many students that the white ones are in control of a massive squirrel army set out to destroy us all.  I once came over a small hill and saw a sight that lends credence to this flight of fancy.  There was a single white squirrel, standing up, and around it a huddle of 5-7 regular brownish red squirrels.  I stopped dead in my tracks at this sight, and they looked at me in unison and scattered, but no more than a few yards away... at which time they all proceeded to "act normal" in a very unnatural manner, constantly glancing at me to see if I had left yet.

Of course, no one believes me.  Ah, how I wished to have a recording ocular implant that day!
