Nope that's David Tennant smashing a spinning "buffering" wheel often seen on online video streams. It's an advert for Virgin Media Broadband - so fast you won't get the "Buffering" logo appearing on *insert video streaming of choice* anymore....blah,blah blah....

VM does not live up to it's adverts...

Don't know what speeds they're advertising with, but we've got a few providers offering speeds well in excess of 100 Mbit/s which is great, except for the fact that there's hardly a content provider which supports those kind of speeds. People seem to foret that your download speed is often bottlenecked by the upload pseeds of the servers your accessing.. mehh..
