Please Can This Thread be Just on helping ourselves and other Crafters Get some gear.
As most of you would know there are parts that your country or Continent can't supply but seem to be going for nothing in some other place on this globe.
So why not see if we can help each other and get some bits moving around the globe.
Just post what you may need and see if someone can help from over 1 of the big pond,s that seem to separate us all.

see the brass ring around the service light on this drive? I bought these in a little hardware store in Roncade Italy. They seemed to be machined locally. I can't find them in the US, don't even know what they are called, and I'm running out of them

I cant really tell from the pic, but it appears that it may be one half of a common brass eyelet. I've seen similar thickness ones used on leather belts / bag straps, and in heavy duty use such as on denim clothing etc...  Undecided

It could also be a Strimmer / brushcutter head eyelet.

Shout out to Will - I assume you still have some, could you show us one that is not used yet?  It would really help identify what it is.  Smiley

Oh.... NOW I see the pic... very nice drive too, by the way. What are the dimensions and I mean Thickness, Outer & Inner Dia. Is there a Machine shop there that could replicate such a unit if you ordered enough to make it worth their time?
