I quite agree, and offer my apologies to the moderators. 

In my defence, however, prior to starting the thread, I conducted a site search of the word 'Absinthe' which returned not one solitary hit, which, I must confess, I found surprising.  The same site search today, however, has returned pages and pages of hits.
