Part of the reason for the lack of Short RP's Info (there is some on there, but it's a bit sparse, which is mostly my fault, I admit) is a lack of time and a certain degree of fatigue.
If you want to add to the Short RP's part of the wiki, do so, but be very careful what you add or edit. Like Van Corax said, edit/add as a registered user, and don't just go in and change things willy-nilly (not that you would; I'm just saying).
Things needed:
1. a running summary of events so far in the storyline
2. up -to-date lists of characters, ships, locations, etc.
3. a glossary of terms and definitions created or mentioned in the storyline (such as RL or fictitious weaponry, devices, and other ephemera)
Several people have added personas into the personas index which have no links to RPs. My assumption is that this means that the personas in question are unrelated to any of the RPs (please correct me if I am wrong).
At least some of the apparently-unrelated-to-RPs personas actually are related to past or present sequels to previous RPs, and some are related to RPs that are not represented in the RP listings. There have been a few RPs that just petered out after a comparitively-early while (a common malady among Roleplays across the net, I've noticed), before anybody thought of adding them to the list, although some of their participants did add their personas in those RPs to the Personas list.
I am unsure as to whether or not this is permitted. I would guess that it isn't because if it was there would probably be hundreds of personas in that index (again, please correct me if I am wrong).
As Van Corax intimated, it's never (to my knowledge, at least) been specifically allowed, encouraged, or
dis-couraged either.
Do I need permission to add myself to the BG users index?
I think Mr. Corax just gave it.
Can I submit drawings for the "Steampunk Archetype Fashion Guide" (which seems to be lacking in images for many of the archetypes), or are only actual photos permitted?
I would think that you ought to ask somebody (I've no idea whom) about the actual meanings of the un-illustrated postings, or make the drawing(s) and then ask for a second opinion as to whether they truly represent the archetype, just to be on the safe side. I could just be letting my social paranoia get the better of me, though.
