While certainly not steampunk, Master Le has done an incredible job on this suit of Iron man Armor.  The motorized facemask and flight stabilizers should ignite a creative spark in anybody!  I was loosely considering doing a full suit of armor from brass and copper with some motorized components such as this.  Absolutely incredible build!

Super Cool !!

The only problem is, wearing that, you might start thinking you really are a super hero.  And you'd get yourself hurt.

Indeed, I would be very tempted to start fighting crime. I was wondering how people would react if you just went grocery shopping in it.

Now while it clearly is skilled work, and it looks impressive, that thing has got to be hell to move around in and clumbsy as all heck. imagine riding a bike in ski boots and then take that level of awkward on a whole body level. I'm pretty sure a muppet could kick you butt. Trying to walk around in that should be more than enough to disavow you of the illusion your are a superhero.
