hmmmm...well, to put it bluntly that survey is not going to give you any useful information whatsoever. You are essentially asking people if they would buy something which they haven't seen or even had described to them and how much they would pay for it. This is not a question that anybody could possibly provide a meaningful answer to, even if you assure them that it will be 'good'.
Since there are quite a few people selling and presumably buying jewellery it's probably fair to say that there is a potential market, the trick is to make things that people will want to buy for a price they are willing to pay.
I would suggest that perhaps the first thing to do is actually make some jewellery and ask people to honestly critique it. You could even try selling it ,that will give you some pretty cast iron feedback.
It may also be valuable to spend some time looking at what other people are selling, paying particular attention to things like : quality, price, whether people appear to be buying it...etc.
