Is it wrong that my brain was more impressed that he's an LRP/LARP maker, than a Dr. Who props person. I suspect it's just my background *grin*

not at all! his LRP work is sensational -we went round his house and spent time in his work shop and i basically couldn't stop grinning (though possibly some of that was the fumes from spray paint and latex!)

Ah, I finally looked at the links, didn't recognise anything from his website, but as soon as I saw the Leather Armour on the FB page there was a, "Ohhhhhhh him, yeah, he's lovely" moment.

His work is very good- I've seen some of it up close, and it's most impressive!

Wow. I love seeing what people do with this lovely aesthetic of ours! You can totally see his influence on the show's props (or maybe the show on him). His mind reader helmet is basically the head of a Cyberman!

“Can a magician kill a man by magic?” Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. “I suppose a magician might,” he admitted, “but a gentleman never could.”

I think Mr. Cordory is a member here, isn't he? I can't remember his screen name, though.

wow, those are gorgeous! I always felt like doctor who had a smidgen of steampunk in it, even if it wasn't named as such.
