Will this be happening again any time soon?

Well, having taken a look at the ban list, you aren't on it and haven't been recently.  So that means that every time you have tried to log on for the past six months, you have done so using an IP address that has been included in a ban filter.  So the questions would be, do you access at home, or work.  Are you accessing via a university, or other LAN?  Who is your ISP (if accessing from home)?  Have you moved recently?

A lot of questions, but without them, we won't be able to track down which filter you've been caught in.

Ah 3G, that would make sense, unfortunately all those free SIM cards (favoured by mobile spammers) don't do people who access via 3G any favours.  Mobile phone companies seem to have an even smaller pool of IPs than regular ISPs, do you mind if I ask what network you were trying to connect through?
