                                    York National Railway Museum Steampunk Outing

                         Saturday, March 17, 2012      meet at 12.oclock      
    *
                              12:00pm until 5:00pm   
         A Steampunk outing to York Railway Museum feel free to dress up in steampunk outfits meeting time a round 12.clock pm

      The Museum is only a few minutes' walk from York station and the route is signposted:

* Turn left outside the front of the station
... * Pass the Royal York Hotel and turn left into Leeman Road
* Continue through the tunnel — the Museum is straight ahead.

There is also a direct route to the Museum via the station footbridge (not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs).

An excellent venue and one which has been graced with steampunk flashmobs several times over the last few years.   I can recommend it very highly but must apologise for not being able to make it since we are otherwise engaged on that particular weekend.  Have a great time.
