Part Isambard Kingdom Brunel, part Nikola Tesla, madder than a tea party full of hatters and with a degree in laying down mad rhymes, PROFESSOR ELEMENTAL almost defies categorisation. He's a steampunk mad professor renowned for his internet-famous hip-hop ode to the good ...old British cuppa and will be bringing his own unique brand of "chap-hop" and dashing dress sense to the Corporation stage.

Cup Of Brown Joy - Elemental

Support from Sheffield act NORTHERN OAK with their unique brand of progressive folk metal and promoting their latest album, 'Monuments'. Famed for their flutes and fine attire, they seamlessly merge haunting folk melodies with thrashy, black metal inspired riffs to create an evocative sound that will set your soul aflame.

Also featuring performance from KASSANDRA KILLJOY, vaudeville vixen and saucy singing temptress supreme! Raised by and given the gift of song by the gods themselves...she who entraps men and stole the heart of apollo. She sings like the sweet evening lark, she dances, she bedazzles!

Damnation I am at the Foot and Mouth retreat that evening!

I do hope the event is well attended, I would have loved to attend, Professor Elementals gig at the past Asylum was First Class, and I might have had my new gadget stick ready by then.

We booked the Prof for our last Retrofuturists Ball (Preston) - I can't make it to Sheffield, but those of you that can - you're in for a treat if you've not met the man yet.
Amazing performer, and so goddamned friendly off stage too!

He was a pleasure to do business with, but more over than that, he made sure every single guest/customer got the chance to talk to him! Can't recommend him enough!

Its all happening in Sheffield.

Mr B, The Gentleman Rhymer is performing as part of the Burly Q Burlesque at the Queens Social Club, on the 24 March 2012.

Now I should be available for this and should be able to get one or two Sheffield SF fans to attend with me. Anyone else fancy joining us?
