If anyone happens to be Las Vegas, I highly recommend the show Absinthe outside Ceasar's Palace. It's a show in Spiegelworld, which is modeled after a turn-of-the-century Belgian spiegeltent, kind of a bohemian circus/cabaret.  A warning - it's a baudy, adults-only, potentially offensive show, but if you're ok with that, it's a tremendous amount of fun. It's a wild, raunchy circus set in a turn-of-the-century tent. Plus, they sell absinthe before and after the show at the bar.

The show is apparently on hiatus until October, but look for it when you go. From their web site, the show came from a seasonal show in New York City, so you may be able to catch it there as well.
