A few months ago, following a photo shoot, my lab-assistant broke his back.  Until 2012 he lingered in a corner, waiting to be fixed or discarded.  His legs fell off and even the cat eventually refused to sit with him.  He was forgotten until the new challenge began when I realized he could be brought back even stronger than before.

The first day of work I installed eyes, (clip on earrings actually, but they have a very reflective back to them which makes them appear to be lit even in low light) a leather front piece, an LED light, (sanded and coppered up which gave the appearance of aged silver-plate) and a wind up gizmo installed in the shoulder which may one day become part of a primary weapon's system:

The next day was more leather work and the installation of a vacuum tube for the primary artistic reason of looking more "balanced":

Day three of the project consisted of installing the connector tube that the land lord had installed on the toilet...(it didn't work so I replaced it with the old one and saved the new one just for a project such as this)

My camera keeps refusing to take a good shot of the "Holy Aether" unit containing a piece of the "True Cross" or perhaps eventually Saint's bones.
This is the Holy Aether powered up:

And as for the current weapon's system:

I think I should also mention I had a dream about this game, only Bailey was a woman...

I assure you, that incident in Singapore was all a misunderstanding.

That's unfortunate, but rather to be expected when dealing with paranormal technology, especially power sources. Some of them are impossible, or even hazardous, to photograph; you may be forced to resort to pencil and paper to show us the device.

Good work my friend !

However, your assistant looks a little under norished.  You might want to increase your assistants wage.  This way he can afford to eat better.

Better nutrition might also improve his temperament.

As long as I can do better than Twilight.   Grin

That is the ironically creepy part.  I'll see what I can do.

If worse comes to worse, I can just unstrap the Holy Aether and keep him paralyzed until he is needed.

Thank you.  As I said on DA, I had the same wish too, and then it broke...but it turned out to be a happy accident.   Grin

Hopefully this video link works, if not I will have to figure something else out.  Feeling bored I decided to use my still camera and do a video test of the skeleton.  He was recently acquired by the Bolsheviks so there is no telling what they intend to utilize him for.

Laugh now. It'll be a different story when he shows up on your doorstep with a phased plasma rifle in the 40 watt range.
