Why the goggles..? In case of ADVENTURE!

Uh oh!

In the last few minutes I've been informed that:

a.) The server was unable to service my request, and that I should tell the board adminstrator,
b.) That Brass Goggles is down for maintenance, and I should watch the widget to follow progress.

In both cases a page reload cleared the message and got me where I wanted to be, but something seems to be a bit flaky...

Did some light upgrading; there were a handful of moments where the server was busy enough doing other things that it would throw a "temporarily unavailable" message rather than servicing the request. When you got the "down for maintenance", it's because as part of the upgrade tasks, I set up a much nicer "technical difficulties" system.
