No, I've always made a point of not getting caught.

Yes, but revealing the details to the general public may lead to, shall we say, difficult situations. At least not until that stupid inter-temporal law about 'No shaving the eyebrows off important historical figures while they sleep' expires. (I've said too much already...)

Yes, I do. It was incredible but I shan't tell it under fear of subjugation and emotional scarring.

Not currently, but I might soon. Still debating it.

The next poster watched a "Christmas" movie today.

"Well, I don't really think that the end can be assessed as of itself as being the end because what does the end feel like? It's like saying when you try to extrapolate the end of the universe, you say, if the universe is indeed infinite, then how - what does that mean? How far is all the way, and then if it stops, what's stopping it, and what's behind what's stopping it? So, what's the end, you know, is my question to you."

I have not, but felt compelled to when I was erroneously informed that Andy Williams passed away. It was actually Andy Griffith who passed away.

The next poster is going to the cinema this evening.

Fireworks called off do to dryness and risk of wildfires. To make up for that consumption of cold beer is expected to increase.

The next ( like me )poster is thankfully that they have the Thursday off too.

Yep!

I must comment on the fireworks being called off. In my family when they say it's to dry for fireworks we just put the sprinklers on (or not) and do it anyway, it's our 500 acres and it's already been burned, let's have some fun! (We will put the fire out if it starts)

The next poster tends to be more cautious.

We don't set off any fireworks...as mentioned before, I'm far too delicate to spend 180 days in jail for such a ridiculous offense.

Not having cable means not having SyFy...

... and fireworks over here would be handy right now, I would set them off indoors to keep the house warm!

BTW - I have also attended fireworks displays on New Years Eve here in Victoria as a firefighter and had to chase after the damn things with a truck when they land and set off fires!

World Market here in San Antonio carries Marmite.  Haven't looked for Bovril but they may carry it.  There USED to be a British shop here but unfortunately it has closed.
