Just wanted to say what a lovely day we had.
Good company, warm weather, steam trains, real ale, old friends, new faces, scrummy tuck, splendid outfits, great fun and a baby in a bowler hat! What more could you want from a day out?

A bit late, I know,  but here's some more pics from our day out at the Watercress Line.  We gather in the car park..well those who drove..  First outing for my new plus fours  The traditional group photo  The customary sepia tinged shot  Milling about being socialble on the platform  Time for an ice cream while we wait for our train  The Countess Cyanide in monochrome...  Willoughby Chase strikes his favourite pose  Picnic time..nom-nom-nom  How very civilised. Cake?  Really should be a Monkey Butler standing just behind the couple on the left....
