seconded! I tend to visit this thread purely for that reason. something that made happy today: deciding this one report we`re supposed to write can go and ***k itself. I did some research, wrote some lines, and I just know we`re not getting any feedback or anything on it until after our exam, while we will get questions about it on our exam, so I figured it doesn`t really matter what I do with it anyway as I`m not likely to actually learn anything from this assignment. This means: more time to focus on more important homework, like our gazillion speeches and translations and presentations, plus more time to focus on trying to get a scholarship! Woooh! |

My brother and I made dinner tonight with no recipes, just a good idea of what we wanted to make. We pan seared some Tilapia and cooked it in white wine, roasted some vegetables in the oven with olive oil and Parmesan cheese, whipped up fettuccine Alfredo with some homemade pasta, and threw together a reasonable facsimile of a Caesar salad. It was a stunning success, and I am very happy!  |

Got all but my solo guitar work on "Pied Piper" today. All that's left is MY solo, and our lead guitarist's solo (he solos first, and since there's no break between the two, I have to wait on him, see how long he decides to go. Just as long as I get more than a couple of measures, I should be good to go).
Also, filed taxes. ASSUMING they're not rejected, I should only owe about... $14, I think?

Sometimes the measure of the meal is reflected by the mess to be cleaned up afterwards. Sounds like it was quite delicious. Dr. Madd has several recipes over in Anatomical if you get the notion.
