Are you building just the gondola or the entire airship? If the latter I am IMPRESSED at the size of your display hangar!

I'm rather suspecting the whole ship. I seem to recall Mr MAALEV has impressed the poop out of us many times before with his skill and creativity, so I'm rather looking forward to this.

thanks for the comments are helpful.
The truth is that this is part of a project for a set of wargames, so will be built , but the entire globe can not be too large , so we have to allow some license in their design. but if all goes well there will be two models, one for play and another to kit.
I leave  more progress.

Thankyou very much for your comments Sr.

Well first tests of the globe, I used two small bags to calculate more or less the volume, which should be much higher but for the purpose that is being done, we should not overdo it, so I think we'll leave it in a bag one of the purposes and two for those who prefer riding to decorate. I leave the pictures to see what you think.
now only need to see where it , cover  bag with glued paper, do it in foam, creating a vacuforme, sew fabric lining and fill with pets .....( ideas are wellcome).

OK, thanks for your comments, I've finished the rigging, it is not only practical technique, I can only the globe, I'm thinking about using a water bottle because the plastic bags deflate quickly and can not get a fill at sufficiently credible.
sujerencias allowed.

Fantastico! Absolutamente magnífico.

The only improvement that I could suggest would be to attach the rigging to the bottle in the shape of a W, so to the front and back as well as the centre. Then the gondola would be more stable and when the gondola is steered the bottle would turn with it more easily.

hello again, sorry for the poor participation in the forum, but I'm a bit busy preparing for an exhibition in September, I leave more progress on the zeppelin.

I had to opt for a drastic solution about the realization of the globe as sewing it was not realistic enough so I opted for the futuristic aesthetic, but I hope the purists will forgive me, will be a matter of trying different stitches.

I don't think anyone will complain at that solution, it suits the aesthetic of the gondola rather well, I'd say. My first thought was that you had simply covered a small gas tank, but then that is what it is really.

I suspect that the exhibition will go well if the rest of your work is as well made and designed.
