I noticed this today on the B.G Facebook group:
"Okay, is there an issue with the Activation emails? I changed my email address and can't post anything until I receive a the new Actvation email. It won't go to my new address, it won't go to my old address, and it won't even go to my Gmail spam-catcher address. Screen says both "an error has occurred" AND "Email has been sent."

I noticed another member "harvey" having the same issue, and it seems to have been resolved quickly! I linked his name to his facebook page, since I'm not entirely sure what his username on here is.
Edit: Dr Fidelius is his username.
