Everyone has got a things-to-do list. Some are long, some short, some difficult, some easy. Just, as a reminder for ourselves and inspiration to others, I'm going to share mine with you. (mind you, this is a shortlist showing the main things to be done.)
Clean the garage (First to be done before any other, it's a bomb site right now), strip, paint and fix our daughter's training bicycle (about 2 months to go), finish the bathroom seeling (has been on the list when we bought the house about 5 years ago), strip, fill and paint the outside of our house (I hope the window frames aren't rotted),
Next, the fun-to-do-list: finish my "thing in a jar", build a steampunk robot costume (to be done before halloween) learn how to develop 35mm film and build a darkroom, make fairings for my recumbent bicycle,
You may share your to-do-list with us and use this thread as a guideline. You can cross out what's been done and add if necessary.

Persons intending to travel by open carriage should select a seat with their backs to the engine, by which means they will avoid the ashes emitted therefrom, that in travelling generally, but particularly through the tunnels, prove a great annoyance; the carriage farthest from the engine will in consequence be found the most desirable.

Do you mean the whole list, or the list of lists?
(mine was 4 pages long recently).
some excerpts:
paint the shed (decide whether or not to change the trim from purple to ??) re-organize the north side of the shed etc. ... clean out the rifles shoot the rifles at zombies (meaning ... clean them again) pawn off a ton of brass make rack etc. ... cut down dead trees gather firewood (5 cords this time) ... annotate the current set of drawings etc. ... add second feeding of the garden pick beans - freeze pick basil - make more pesto gather up canning supplies etc. ... fix current batch of other folks screwed up computers etc. ... come up with lighting solutions for the loft at the Birdnest decorate the triangle of apathy new door trim for front door plans for additions. etc. ... scouting tasks ETC. ... tune bike plan (and go on) bike adventure etc.
I'm going to stop now - too much to do. I think I'll procrastinate and eff about on the internet.
