I would love to come and to help out in any way I can. Since there is a Norwegian holiday the 17th, we would prefer the later dates.

I'll put it in my diary, even if it's only provisional.

[third attempt at a reply... in case the others show up!] I cannot begin but my agreeing wholeheartedly with Miss Groves - overexcited doesn't begin to cover it, two tickets, please. Ditto on the help front, whenever, wherever, whatever we can. I shall now attempt to post .... Hurrah for Rachel and Dingbat!

I'm hoping to make it this year, funds permitting. Hoping to have a camper van by then, so that should keep costs down. I'd be interested in trading, too.

<snip> Anyway, Dingbat and I are still unsure about whether to do the same next May and would appreciate your opinions and candor, especially if it's to say 'no, i'm not interested'
Are people keen for another event of this type or would you rather save your money for The Asylum in September and/or smaller events?
Thanks
For me funds are too tight for two big weekends, so unfortunately I'd have to say I'm not currently interested. I can afford one big convivial a year and for me that'd have to be The Asylum. Going to frequent small events. in and around London, really speaks for the rest of my disposable income, a second larger event would leave me without my regular social fix.

unfortunatley the camping isn't quite walking distance -but quite a few people camped last year so you may be able to organise lifts, etc. There's also a backpackers hotel being built in Chepstow as we speak and i need to check with the owner if he thinks it maybe open by May (or at least partly) as that would be a cheaper option. Many B+Bs in Chepstow are pretty darn cheap aswell-many are £30 per night for a single. http://wyewaltz.org/wiki/index.php/Camping
