Me! Me! Me! Me! Plus my lovely assistant, and hopefully at least one other soul we've coerced rounded up persuaded. I'll go poke the Worcester Goths lot with sticks again; there's interest there, especially after The Last Steampunk Waltz was posted on the FB Wall

Oh hello!
In an unusual turn of events, the BrassGoggles forum appears to have found a way to circumvent my Draconian employer's firewall - a new IP perhaps? - and for the first time in a long while I am able to feel part of the world again. I do not know how long this illicit correspondence will last, so I will take this opportunity to apologise for my absence of late and for not replying to all these messages I see in my inbox.
And so to the business of pleasure:
I am very much looking forward to the Nocturne and it will be lovely to see you all, and to make some new friends.
Until Sunday, I remain,
Your humble servant,
Dr. W.

Gah, I've been on Facebook too long; I just looked for the "like" button in response.
Ah well, just have to do it the old-fashioned way and say I'm looking forward to perusing your wares and meeting your good self(selves).

Really looking forward to this! I'm bringing my wares along to flog, but will also have a willing(ish) minion to help man the stall, so will hopefully get chance to watch some of the bands. Desperately trying to get my mad hatter titfer finished by then... (It's a new line, so it's for me to wear... if it works, I'll make them to sell....) Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces, I really missed being at the Asylum this year!

*makes a sudden dash for the printer* Ah yes, well reminded kind sir. almost a bit of a faux pas on my part. travelling from Edinburgh to Birmingham and discovering no proof of ticket purchase may have been a tad inconvenient.

I also thank you- I need to print mine!
I have 2 tickets- and no one to go with- so if anyone still needs a ticket, i'd be happy to meet someone outside etc.
If not- no worries- I'll drag my other half along- he'll be the slightly confused looking guy in jeans and a t shirt =P

You could always join in with the merry throng at Nostalgia and Comics. Support your Steampunk authors. You know it makes sense!

I would concur with Captian Bellinger, meeting the authors of the Asylum short story compilations would be a good idea, plus it's a good rallying point for the rest of the afternoon going into the evening. It means that you can meet up with folks and then head off to dinner or whatnot while the bands are setting up etc. Don't forget that the gig is due to start (as in the first band will be on) at 7.30 as we would hate for you to miss the first band of the evening... us! Getting quite excited now, should be a hoot. Can't wait to see the lovely wares for sale from the SP traders and the other bands live on stage. Although I'm slightly sad that our very own Auntie Ludmilla is constructing a Mad hatter top hat, but won't have any for sale.

I'm really glad so many of you can make it! Really looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow. Please be warned that I shall have my camera for part of the evening (obviously, I will have a violin to hold at some point!), so please prepare to be photographed...

Ooh, I'd forgotten the Nos' event is earlier the same day - that's settled then - shopping gets done first thing tomorrow, then Nos', then the gig. Today will be my lazy day at home instead! :-)
